Associated Partners

As a result of the exploitation activity a number of associated partners officially joined the project in order to contribute to the improvement of the project impact on their target groups and to ensure the project sustainability by continuing using the project deliverables in the next years.
The associate partners of the IHES project are organizations interested in EU values. All associated partners share the project objectives and are willing to contribute to their achievement.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION

CERCIMA has the following Resources for Training and Inclusion:
ELI - Early Intervention Service - Support children between 0 and 6 years old, with changes in body functions or structures that limit participation in typical activities for their age and social context or at serious risk of developmental delay, as well as their families.
Socio-Educational Center – Train children/young people aged between 6 and 18 years, with the maximum of personal, social and functional skills, with a view to a future of insertion, autonomy and/or quality of life in the community.
Resource Center for Inclusion – Therapeutic support for students with Special Educational Needs, aged between six and eighteen years, covering various Groupings of the Municipalities.
Vocational Training and Inclusive Employability – Aims to increase the opportunities of choice in accessing employment in the open labor market for people who find themselves in disadvantaged situations, as part of the international movement of "Supported Employment".
Center for Activities and Training for Inclusion — aims to develop occupational activities for people with disabilities, aiming to promote their quality of life, allowing greater access to the community, its resources and activities and that constitute a means of training for inclusion, depending on their needs, capabilities and level of functionality
Autonomization and Inclusion Residence – Temporary or permanent residential housing response, intended for people with a disability or incapacity, with the ability to live independently, and aims, through individualized support, to provide conditions for the realization of an autonomous life project and inclusive.
CERCIMA Self-Representatives Group - GARCE - The self-representation movement is embodied in the right of people with disabilities to speak and decide on their own behalf, appealing to the ability of each person to defend their rights, to be respected in their choices and have access to active participation in society.

It focuses on promoting health and active life through access to therapeutic support, sports activities, equipment, strategies and methodologies that promote training and the development of individual potential. The eMM, which works per sports year, is responsible for managing the organization's therapeutic spaces as well as establishing partnerships with key entities/community spaces to be able to organize, manage and streamline activities:
Therapeutic support: psychomotricity, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, psychology, hippotherapy, hydrotherapy, dog-assisted therapy.
Adapted Sports: adapted riding, judo, bocce, adapted swimming, multi-activities
Health and well-being: adaptation to the aquatic environment, cardiofitness, danceability, yoga and meditation, musical expression, annual projects
CERCIMA Sabores – Intended for the development of creativity and proactivity, being the final product, a factor of integration and social visibility through the commercialization of products and social impact. Coliga, sustainability, the involvement of people with disabilities and the local community.
CERCIMA Protege – Project that promotes recycling habits and environmental sustainability. It is intended for the collection, treatment and storage of various recyclable materials, with the aim of exploring teamwork methods and empowering knowledge about the goals of sustainable development and circular economy.
Movimento DansasAparte - Inclusive dance company, aims at artistic production as a vehicle for the recognition of the capabilities of the disabled performer as an active citizen in the community, promoting social inclusion and equal opportunities. The group works in two lines of action: performative and artistic focus; and focus on training and education through dance and expressive movement.
Loja do Mercado - Aims to meet the immediate needs/needs of customers through the management of a bank of goods (new or used, donated by individuals or companies) where the goods are available for acquisition free of charge or through solidary value according to the needs of the families.

HOW THE ORGANISATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS

Contribute to the dissemination and appreciation of project results,
Recruit participants for testing the "online course" product (pilot course)
Participate in "multiplier events", such as intermediate and final conferences.
