The Digital Handbook is now available in all partners' languages and in the Easy Reading version.

It is relevant for:

• undergraduate students with and without disabilities because it offers strategies to make the university friendlier in several areas such as curricula, university coexistence, gender equality and support networks, international mobility, orientation and labour inclusion.
• teachers because it offers tools to broaden the scientific view of disability in science, technology and innovation, and because it offers relevant information to make teaching accessible to this population group.
• administration and services staff as a tool to improve accessibility in the administrative management of the campus and to offer friendly environments in the context of university services.

The IHES project is currently creating the Think Tank Group, a reflection group that would give its opinion on the policy recommendations that the project consortium is developing. If you wish to be part of the group, please contact the representatives of the contractual partners.

The digital handbook covers the following topics: how to facilitate access to different university services for students with intellectual disabilities; how to improve socialisation in the university environment; how to support the learning process of students with intellectual disabilities; how to improve employability.

The fourth partners' meeting took place in Seville (IT) on 21- 22 September 2023 and the main discussed topics have been:

• Analysis of the piloting of the Online Training Course
• Planning of the finalisation of the Digital Handbook
• Discussion on the creation of the Recommendation book

IHES project partners are currently involving lecturers in the second round of the Delphi Panel related to the collection of data for the production of the Digital Handbook. If you're interested in participating in the second round, please contact the project partners.

The third partners' meeting took place in Florence (IT) on 30 - 31 March 2023 and the main discussed topics have been:

• Finalization of the Online Training Programme Contents
• Planning for the translation of the Online Training Programme
• Definition of the next activities for the production of the Digital Handbook
• Discussion on the composition of the Think Tank Group

The fourth module of the online training course dedicated to Management is available on the project portal and it offers different learning paths for teachers, managers, students and students with disabilities. It is possible to register and get a certificate of attendance

Under the website of The International Association Of Schools Of Social Work is available a video from social work day prepared by various student/intern at the UN NY and participated in the Global Student Conference held on April 2, 2023. The video is about the different perspectives of disability around the world. The purpose of the video was to serve as an educational tool to those unfamiliar with disability but also a way to hear the changes people with disabilities from different countries want.

The second meeting of the IHES project took place on 5-6 October 2022 in Dublin (IE).

All partners have been involved in the:

• Presentation of the results of Focus Groups and 1^st round of Delphi Panel
• Discussion about the creation of contents of PR1, the Online Training Program
• Presentation and discussion of the templates for the second Project Result, the Digital Handbook
• Planning of the Project Management activities, dissemination and Sustainability

Various rounds of Focus groups have been held in Portugal (by ISCTE) and Italy (by UniFi).

All o them have been realized following the guidelines provided by the University Pablo de Olavide with the different target groups of the project: Lecturers, Students, and Administrative staff.

IHES project partners completed the first round of the Delphi Panel questionnaires.

The survey has involved 6 experts for each country, for a total number of 24 participants.

The kick-off meeting of the IHES project took place online as a consequence of the COVID-19. All partners participated in the meeting and the main topics discussed were:

- Presentation of the project activities, objectives and results
- Presentation of the templates and calendar of activities for the first project result
- Analysis of the Project Assessment by the Spanish National Agency
- Presentation of the financial management

The “Inclusive Higher Education System for Students with Intellectual Disabilities” project is funded, by the European Commission through the Spanish National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme to place people with intellectual disabilities in universities, as students, as future users of professionals trained in universities and as citizens who count on universities as generators of knowledge focused on improving their lives in more egalitarian and fair societies.
